The constantly development of the Ningbo economy, the gradual opening extent of mercerization of talents, the competition for talent appears multi-level or multi latitude between the enterprise and industry. Broad employment space make the flowing of talent more and more frequent in the Ningbo Stars Hotel industry, and the very state of the loss of staff also increases every day. Frequent loss of Ningbo Stars Hotel talent leads to declining management quality and service quality of the industry, results in the loss of enterprise human resources cost, reduces the star brand effect and influence power, thereby affect the Ningbo Stars Hotel overall economic development level, but also cause serious damage to the system r balance of the Stars Hotel industry development. Concerning the causes of the Ningbo Stars Hotel employee turnover, we mainly study three aspects, one is the social factor, namely the social legal environment and social economic environment; another factor is the Stars Hotel itself, the mode of the Stars Hotel management and management system, the corporate culture of Stars Hotel, the enterprises competitiveness of Stars Hotel; thirdly is the personal factors, it contains the Stars Hotel employee’s age, education level, character, occupation expectation, etc. In the study of loss to the Ningbo Stars Hotel staff, by means of the investigation and the interview of the Ningbo representative of the Stars Hotel staff,through the fact with the theory, aims at the causes of employee turnover analysis summary, find out to solve or alleviate the countermeasure of Ningbo Stars Hotel employee turnover, including the point of view of the optimization of social economic environment; to seek policy support of the social legal environment level; promote the scientific management level of the enterprise decision makers and managers; strengthen the building of enterprise culture, enhance the staffs’sense of belonging; improve the staffs’ culture and occupation attainments; establish and improve the salary system and incentive mechanism, in order to achieve people-oriented, appoint people on their merit, treating people with heart management idea, so as to reduce the loss of the Stars Hotel staff probability.
