Study On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Technological Innovation Of SMEs

Along with the economy unceasing development, SMEs play an more and more role in the development of our economy and society. Though SMEs have made great progress, they still have some weaknesses such as extensiveness and resource-consume in business operation, less input of technological innovation, low quality of technological innovation, lacking core technological innovation capability and simulative innovation being the main type of innovation due to the particular background of development. Especially in the current background of the financial crisis, many SMEs are confronted with the danger of surviving as a result of the weakness of poor technological innovation capability. However,there are still a lot of SMEs being in the firm station in adversity. It is obviously that technological innovation is very important to SMEs. In the new situation of economy, SMEs should emphasize on technological innovation then they could adapt to the new situation and new challenge in order to realize second business establishment , and technological innovation is a realistic option of the development of SMEs.As research on the evaluation of technological innovation of SMEs are still too little, this paper put forward to the evaluation model of technological innovation performance and evaluation index system of technological innovation capability based on the process model according to the characteristic of SMEs'technological innovation. Then this paper carried through empirical research according to the inverstigating outcome. lastly, this paper put forward to some countermeasures and actions of promoting SMEs'technological innovation based on the empirical research outcomes and status in quo. The main content of this thesis as follows:Firstly, the thesis introduces the classical theories of technological innovation and summarizes the reference literatures of SMEs'technological innovation, then builds the system of SMEs'technological innovation based on the theory of system and points out the inside and outside influencing factor of activities in the course of SMEs'technological innovation.Secondly, this paper establishes a set of evaluation index system of the capability of SMEs'technological innovation by using the model of continuance improvement process system, and sets up input index and output index of performance evaluation of technological innovation based on the characteristic of SMEs'technological innovation. The thesis also carried through empirical research on the capability of technological innovation and performance of technological innovation of swatch enterprises.Lastly,the paper analyzes the inside and outside influencing factor on the technological innovation of enterprises based on the empirical research outcomes and status in quo of our nation,then puts forward to some countermeasures and actions of promoting SMEs'technological innovation.
