Study On The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Industrial Enterprises Above Designated Size In Anhui Province

In recent years,Anhui Province has vigorously promoted and implemented innovation-driven development strategies.The province's technological innovation has developed rapidly.However,due to differences in industrial structure,geographical location,and education development level among different regions,the efficiency of technological innovation among enterprises in various regions of the province is quite different.Especially in the case of limited investment in technological innovation of various enterprises,the efficiency of technological innovation is particularly important.The article first reviewed and combed relevant theoretical studies at home and abroad,mainly including technological innovation,selection of technical innovation efficiency evaluation indicators,evaluation methods,and so on,which provided a certain theoretical basis for the study of the full text.Secondly,it introduced the concept and evaluation methods of industrial enterprises above the scale,technological innovation of enterprises,and the efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises.Thirdly,the status quo of technical innovation of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province was analyzed from the aspects of input and output of technological innovation.Finally,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge in the field of technological innovation of enterprises,on the premise that technological innovation is divided into two stages of technological output and economic transformation,the time lag effect of technological innovation in these two stages is fully taken into account,and the above-mentioned scale is established.Industrial Enterprise Technology Innovation Efficiency Evaluation Index System.Through the collection of relevant data of industrial enterprises above designated size in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2015,the two-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to evaluate the efficiency of its technological innovation,and combined with the overall province of Anhui Province.The situation and the actual situation in various regions of Anhui put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size.The conclusions of the study indicate that the technological innovation efficiencyof industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province is generally low,and there is a clear regional imbalance,and the overall technological innovation environment has improved,but the differences among different cities have been significant.Only a few regions have achieved effective DEA in their technological innovation process.In some regions,there has been a phenomenon of redundant technological innovation and insufficient output.The industrial enterprises above designated size in all regions should more effectively combine the geographic location characteristics,industrial characteristics,scientific and technological resources,and economic development status of the region in implementing technological innovation activities,implement differentiated technological innovation investments to promote the improvement of technological innovation efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above the scale of Anhui Province.
