In modern society, the enterprise wants to develop in the increasingly fierce environment, needing to innovate unceasingly. The team is the important subject of enterprise innovation, and the team innovation performance is very important for the whole enterprise.Domestic and foreign research shows that there are many factors influencing team innovation performance, but have to admit, leadership behavior must be on team innovation performance is an important factor, especially more attention to employees’ psychological of charismatic leadership. Therefore, in order to effectively improve enterprise performance of team innovation. In this paper, if the charismatic leadership on team innovation performance will impact and influence between the two mechanisms of action is what as the research focus.The questionnaire survey,in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenyang, Changchun and other cities in a number of research, science and technology team as the research object to study the effect mechanism of charismatic leadership on team innovation performance, the results show that, charismatic leadership on team performance for innovation has significant positive effect. In order to further study on charismatic leadership variables and team innovation performance variables between the relationship, the exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods, to verify the employees’ psychological empowerment in the charismatic leadership and team performance for innovation play intermediary role. Finally, empirical research, this paper draws a conclusion, in order to enhance the performance of team innovation, enterprises should strengthen the cultivation of leadership charismatic behavior, and to care for our staff perception of psychological empowerment. Only by doing so can we better promote implementation of team innovation performance, putting forward the guidance for the management practice.
