China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC), the biggest mobile operator in China, has the congenital advantages and technology ability to develop mobile internet. Facing the changing outer environment, how to play to its own advantages and seize the developing opportunity, is an urgently strategic problem. The coming of the era of information economy brings ever changes in society life and industry frustration. In emerging information industry, mobile internet has brand market demand and developing potential.This paper, mainly based on Strategic Management and Market Management, is about to understand the basic background of CMCC, explore the development prospect of mobile internet industry, and then conduct SWOT analysis and five force analysis for CMCC to further develop mobile internet business. Finally we determine the strengths & weaknesses、market position and strategy target and formulate the CMCC’s development strategy framework of mobile internet.This strategy formulation hopes to accord to the CMCC’s company strategy as a whole, explore new markets for company’s development, and specify the future direction. I hope to make CMCC keep preserved advantages in mobile internet industry and establish itself in an unassailable position in future competition.
