The Construction Of Logistics Alliances Based On Flow For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Jilin Province

The number of SMEs account for more than the number of all registered enterprises 90%, is the country’s economic development in a decisive force. China’s SMEs in the process of obtaining the vigorous development, there are some problems, in particular in:Due to restrictions of their own financial condition, the vast majority of SMEs in solving when faced with their own logistics problems are generally self-employed and logistics outsourcing has taken the traditional way. The existence of these two methods are more or less drawbacks, so needed a new logistics organization model to solve the drawbacks of the two modes.So this paper adopted a new organizational model that logistics logistics alliance to solve problems faced by SMEs. In breaking the traditional logistics alliance, based on the paper tries to build consensus on the idea of the flow or broadly consistent across sectors and regions, and to set up logistics alliance between non-logistics companies.In this paper, the use of extension theory of matter-element analysis, PESTLE analysis, building contracts and regulations set SAAS technology-based SMEs flow logistics alliance, for solving logistical problems currently faced by SMEs provide a new way of thinking.
