The Applied Study Of Meticulous Management In The Real Estate Business

With the country’s increased economic growth, the residents’ increased income and the improvement of living standard, also with the country’s further regulation to the real estate market, the real estate development enterprises on the one hand have sufficient market demand, and on the other hand are confronted with the dual test of increasingly severe market environment and strong macroeconomic regulation and control. As we all know, cost profit ratio of the real estate market is gradually compressed. So, the traditional management model has been unable to adapt to the development of the current real estate enterprises, while meticulous management, based on traditional management, focus on the project management to a more refined, more fine development.This paper analyzed the meticulous management about China’s real estate enterprises. Firstly, the paper expatiated on the research status of meticulous management and theoretical knowledge has been formed, and summarized the meticulous management connotation; Secondly, through the analysis of the present situation of real estate enterprises in China, this paper concluded it is necessary for China’s real estate enterprise to bring into meticulous management; Thirdly, the article built a meticulous management system of the real estate project from the five aspects of quality, cost, schedule, safety and environment; And finally, the author analysis the garden project which is started by the LC Real Estate Company in recent years, about the application of meticulous management system. The paper finally concludes that the application of meticulous management system to engineering project is the only way which must be passed of real estate industry. But the implementation of meticulous management system is not simple; in fact, it requires all of our staff’s’ efforts. In addition, the real estate enterprises should pay attention to the concept of indoctrination, preparing fine management plans, and strengthening supervision when carry out the meticulous management system.
