| Real Estate is becoming an important component of national economy with the development of the economy. China has joined World Trade Organization formally (WTO), the international real estate enterprises will certainly be able to enter Chinese real estate market. The real estate that there is much inferior in real estate enterprises of our country, such as being short of competition managing difference, ability to resisting risk for a short time in majority and so on. Therefore, the theories and methods of project management will provide fine basis for the developers to develop healthily and stably in the fierce competition.The essay consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the significance, target, thoughts and methods of the thesis. The second part is the paper text with cases. In the part, we describe at length A project of X Real Estate Company, analyzing the background and current situation both domestically and oversea. Through the analysis of X Real State Company's A Project, we discovered the question which existed in the project management. The third part is the case analysis, which makes analysis mainly in the two terms of theoretical summary and case research. The theory summary mainly includes project management theories, project management maturity model, and real estate designation pattern. The case analysis part mainly does research in the terms of organization's study ability, quality control management at the construction stage and the construction cost budget. The forth part is the corresponding advices, which corresponds with the former two parts. |
