Research On Development Strategy Based On The Integration Of Hangzhou Food Logistics Center

Currently, the country is vigorously promoting the development of modern logistics center for grain logistics center,grain logistics center is a modern logistics industry emerged in recent years new format, the food industry is an important means of development of China’s modernization,is an important channel to improve grain logistics.In recent years,Hangzhou grain logistics center under the guidance of national and local government benefits food policy has been rapid development, but still can not meet the fierce market competition and the requirements of modern grain circulation, faced with new problems and new challenges. Therefore, based on the integration of Hangzhou grain logistics center development strategy, security is important for improving the efficiency of its grain circulation, reduce the cost of grain circulation, and promote the development of modern grain logistics center in Hangzhou food protection.In this paper, the theory, the integration of theory and strategic environmental analysis theory of modern grain logistics, based on analysis of the current situation and development trend of domestic and international grain logistics center, studied the development status of Hangzhou grain logistics center, the use of EFE, IFE matrix analysis of Hangzhou opportunities for internal and external environment in the presence of food logistics center, threats, advantages and disadvantages of quantitative and qualitative analysis, combined with SWOT analysis method to determine the framework of its development strategy, by curvilinear regression, time series analysis and forecasting and gray prediction model, three model of grain and oil trading volume of grain logistics center in Hangzhou were predicted, finally discusses grain logistics center in Hangzhou based integrated development strategy.Paper concluded that affect grain logistics center in Hangzhou key internal and external factors of development proposed opportunistic growth strategy; the gray forecasting model has high reliability, and future food trading volume was forecast for the implementation of integrated development strategy to provide a basis; a clear overall strategy based on an integrated logistics center in Hangzhou food development strategy and sub-business strategy, focuses on the production and marketing integration, integration of resources, logistics information integration, and integration of talents, scattered and technological innovations and so on six strategic and proposed policies to support implementation of the strategy. Conclusions of this study can provide practical guidance for the development proposal grain logistics center in Hangzhou, China to promote the healthy and orderly development of modern grain logistics park also has some inspiration.
