Research On "Land Finance" Kuznets Curve Of Guangxi Autonomous Region

Urbanization and industrialization are the engines in the new stage of economic development, as we know, these processes need plenty of land. And then, an peculiar phenomenon called "land finance" was produced in these procedures. For so long, it has became a controversial topic that has been widely discussed in academia. This thesis is trying to establish a Kuznets Curve model to analyze the "land finance" in Guangxi and find the relationship between economic growth and related indicators which could explain the "land finance"appropriately, helps to in-depth research on "land finance" in Guangxi.This thesis used data from 1995 to 2013 in Guangxi to explore the "land finance"’s current situation and the interaction between it with the area’s economic growth, on the other hand, we can also find the "land finance"’s descending node, and it is helpful to make a prediction to its subsequent development. Our result shows that the Guangxi of the "land finance" Kuznets Curve is not a theoretical result, the "inverted U", but an inverted "N", so the follow-up study is try to find the related factors, and then put forward some corresponding suggestions.
