The Cultivate And Incentive Of A Company’s Highly-skilled Personnel Based On Competency Model

As an advanced theory of Human Resource Management competency Model get a good application in the field of human resource management in China, but in the specific application of the enterprise does not have much practice. In this paper, the theoretical basis of competency and model was sorted and elaborated, and the theory was applied to the talent management work of aerospace manufacturing, and highly-skilled personnel cultivate and incentive model of a company based on competency was established, aiming to cultivate a highly-skilled and incentive systems and mechanisms to provide a new way of thinking and methods.Firstly, the research background, purpose, significance, research methods, logical framework of this article as well as the research status of highly-skilled personnel at home and abroad was introduced.Secondly, the theoretical basis of competency was introduced, focusing on the basic concept and development history of competency, and the procedures and methods to establish competency model are described;Third, the basic situation of a company was introduced, and the highly-skilled personnel cultivate and incentive system of the company was analyzed using SWOT analysis.Fourth, using home and abroad competency research theory and combining with a company’s own development characteristics, we proposed a competency-based cultivate and incentive model of a company’s highly-skilled personnel;Fifth, the cultivate and incentive model of a company’s highly-skilled personnel was applied in the a company’s management system, and was evaluated.Sixth, this paper was summarized, and the development tendency was prospected.
