Weifang Huaguang precision company is an enterprise with rapid development and production of printing equipment manufacturing.In the process of development,the company has many problems,which need to be improved in the construction and management of skilled personnel.The research of skilled personnel incentive mode can effectively broaden the employee incentive pattern research and the scope of the field,rich skilled personnel incentive model to study the theory and method,application of skilled personnel incentive model for other industries to reference.At the same time,it will help to stimulate the enthusiasm of the work of skilled personnel and skills potential,accelerate the development of the company's products and production technology upgrades,and enhance the company's core competitiveness.This paper takes Weifang Huaguang precision company as the research object,studies the skilled personnel incentive problems and model.The main contents are as follows: firstly,the paper uses the method of literature analysis of the research status both domestically and abroad in terms of incentives,a large number of literature based on the collation and analysis,analyzed the background,purpose and significance of this study the paper reviewed the research on incentive problems of skilled personnel,summed up the value of the research of basic ideas and theoretical methods,experience,and introduced the research contents and methods of this paper;secondly,it designed to obtain the company of skilled personnel incentive the present situation and factors,combined with the data of data management skills the company collected from the incentive and material incentive and spirit of the company when the two aspects before the skilled personnel incentive mode of existence and the reasons for the problems are analyzed;thirdly,the questionnaire survey method,expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process method to select the company skilled personnel incentive indicators were screened,evaluated and analyzed proposed company skilled personnel incentive mode design target and follow theprinciples,briefly analyzed the talent incentive model for the choice of the company,design ideas and concrete measures to implement the construction of the organic combination of skilled personnel in the company comprehensive incentive model of material incentive and spirit incentive based on,and supply caparisoned the old and new incentive model.Finally,the paper from the transformation of the incentive idea,adjust the incentive means,improve the incentive mode of form a complete set of system of three angles proposed company skilled personnel incentive measures to ensure the implementation of the model.Through the study of this paper,I hope that it can provide theoretical guidance and reference experience case for Weifang Huaguang precision company to better incentive for skilled talents and promote the development for the company to create greater benefit incentives.
