A Camparative Study In Financial Services Trade Between China And America

As an important component of service trade, the financial trade service is not only a matter of a country’s economic prosperity and social harmony, but also playing a significant role in promoting the development of world trade. In addition to seizing the development opportunities brought by the opening up of the banking industry, China should also receive the consequent greater difficulties and challenges after the financial industry getting involved in the market trend of world economy.Based on the import and export data of financial service trade of China and the United States in nearly 10 years, this paper uses the ways of chart analysis and comparative analysis, studying the gap of financial service trade between China and the United States, identifying the problems in the development of financial service trade of China. The study result shows that, there are serious problems existing in the development of financial service trade of China, which are reflected as follows:the layout of imports and exports of financial service trade is unreasonable, and the structure of trade-oriented is unbalanced, the the innovative capacity of financial service industry is poor, and there is a terrible shortage of high-quality talents in the industry, and the opening degree of financial service trade is low, and the regulation for financial service trade market is insufficient. Therefore, with regard to the problems in the development, we need to deepen the reform of financial system, optimize the structure of financial service trade, improve the capacity of innovation in financial service industry, strengthen the personnel training of finance, encourage financial institutions to "go out", establish perfect financial regulation systems, and so on, so as to improve China’s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness in financial service industry.
