| With the continuous development of enterprises, the competition among enterprisesis becoming more and more intense, while the competition has been far more thanthe content of the economic power and technological power, the talent competitionhas received widespread attention and is becoming the core competition.Continuously improve staff competence, the goal is not only to develop theemployees potential to keep pace with the development of enterprises, so that theirself-worth can be achieved, but also to create the core competitiveness of enterprisesso that enterprises can more calmly face the market challenges and seize theopportunity to achieve long-term healthy and stable development.In the process of staff competence building, training acts a crucial role. It is the mostdirect way of knowledge, experience and skills transfer. Therefore, to enhance thecompetence of employees scientific and rational, make targeted training programs,enlarge staff competences through training will be converted to enhance sectorperformance, enabling enterprises to sustained and rapid development. It shall be aproblem, that must be thought and solved by the training departments within anenterprise.Through theoretical study and practical experiments, I would design a trainingconcept for the quality assurance engineer in FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltdthrough detailed process analysis, identifying capacity needs, building the competence profile, finding the training demand. As required by Quality AssuranceDepartment, the Training Center of FAW-VW initiated this project, set up a specialteam (the author is a member of the team), in addition to the completion of design,through the implementation of curriculum to validate the effect of theimplementation of the program and to develop a multi-dimensional securitymeasures from the company level to ensure the long-term running of training.In this paper, through designing a training concept for the quality assuranceengineers by FAW–Volkswagen, the experts and key personnel within theDepartment would be used as part-time trainers to provide professional training.With the training running, Quality assurance Department has establish a professionaltalent pool and knowledge base to make performance improvement and ensurelong-term development.The real contribution of this paper are:1. with a comprehensive work processanalyzing to design a systematical training concept for the quality assuranceengineers by FAW-Volkswagen;2. Although there are a lot of researches in Chinaand abroad about competence profile, but it is the first time to be used in thedomestic automobile industry. Therefore, this paper provides the design ideas andworking tools to help other departments of the company as well as othermanufacturing enterprises. |
