| Skilled talents are an important force supporting China’s manufacturing.To implement the talent strategy in the new era and promote the construction of manufacturing power and quality power,it is urgent to train skilled manufacturing talents.As a manufacturing enterprise of key auto parts,HK Corporation is in the critical period of "digital transformation" and "intelligent upgrading".The introduction and improvement of new product technology and process technology have put forward higher requirements for the training of employees in the Quality Assurance Depa rtment.However,the existing employee training of the Quality Assurance Department has some problems,such as incomplete training demand analysis,insufficient pertinence of training plan,lack of effectiveness of training implementation,and weak scienti fic training evaluation,which cannot meet the needs of the company’s transformation and development.Improving and optimizing the employee training system of the Quality Assurance Department has become a key problem to be solved urgently at present.This paper takes the employee training system of Quality Assurance Department of HK Corporation as the theme to study.Firstly,it expounds the concepts and theoretical knowledge related to training,and analyzes the current situation of training theory research in domestic and foreign automobile manufacturing industry.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview survey to analyze the status quo and existing problems of employee training in the Quality Assurance Department of HK Corporation,and analyze the subjective and objective reasons for these problems;In addition,it provides a plan for the optimization of the training system of the Quality Assurance Department of HK Corporation from four aspects: comprehensively analyzing the training needs,accurately formulating the training plan,effectively organizing and implementing the training activities,and scientifically evaluating the training effect.Finally,from the three aspects of organization,personnel and culture,to ensure the smooth implementation of the employee training system optimization of the Quality Assurance Department of HK Corporation.This paper is committed to the optimization of the employee training system of the Quality Assurance Department of HK Corporation aiming to cultivate more excellent skilled talents to help the company’s transformation and upgrading,development and expansion,and provide practical reference for the quality department of auto parts manufacturing enterprises to improve employee training. |
