Research On Construction And Application Of The Quality Copetence Of Engineers In Manufacturing Enterprisese

In recent years, with the rapid development of China, there is an obvious progress of manufacturing with the total output value listed among the top position around the world. Along with the development of manufacturing industry, many people realized the importance of quality. Because of the active participation of all staff was very important to manufacturing enterprises, which mean that the quality competence of many employees in the manufacturing enterprise need to be promoted. But in many manufacturing enterprises, there are a lot of engineers had not learned the quality management, their knowledge and skills of quality is relatively shallow, quality consciousness is weak, which affect the overall quality of enterprise, it is not only hindered the development of the company, but also put negative impact on themselves. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve the quality competence of the staffs.The quality competence of the staffs can usually be judged by their daily work, so this paper selected the 15 primary indicators that can influence the quality competence by using behavioral event interview method and the iceberg theory of quality competence. Then certified these 15 primary indicators with a simple questionnaire, most of the investigators worked or studied on quality management for more than 5 years. Designed another questionnaire for engineers based on the 15 primary indicators, there were 4 items of personal information. Analyzed the data with reliability analysis and validity analysis, and modified the primary indicators, finally extract 7 aspects of affecting factors which including 16 indicators. Besides, this paper also presumed that gender, education background and working years have remarkable effects on quality competence, then compared the score of these three items to get the answer.In the end, this paper put forward related suggestions based on the analysis of these seven aspects, which is also an experience for improving the quality competence of engineers in manufacturing enterprises.
