The Research Of The Spatial Layout And Coordination Mechanisms Of Liaoning’s Producer Services Under The Background Of Industrial Upgrading

After implementation of the eleventh Five-Year Plan, industrial upgrading hasbecome an important issue for economic development in Liaoning province. With theimplementation of three strategies: open coastal economic zone development, Shenyangeconomic zone and breakthroughs in northwest of Liaoning, Liaoning provinceachieved sustained economic growth. The development of producer services hasbecome an important indicator to measure economic strength of Liaoning province.How to develop producer services in a better way and promote economiccompetitiveness, not only good estate planning is necessary, but also the geographicalspace. Therefore, in the context of industrial upgrading, the study of spatial layout ofproducer services in Liaoning Province has an important practical significance, at thesame time; it has a strong reference for further optimization of productive serviceindustry structure in Liaoning Province.The thesis researches on present situation of industrial upgrading and producerservices in Liaoning province，based on related theory,. The study found that industrialupgrading slowly in Liaoning province and secondary industry in the national economyis still in a dominant position. Producer services have remained yearly growth, but theoverall development lag. On this basis, the thesis use relevant statistical indicators tostudy the characteristics of producer services. The thesis also combine Gini coefficientand location quotient to study the sector layout of producer services in the14areas.The thesis combines2001-2011relevant data in the statistical yearbook, the thesisstudy the factors of spatial layout of productive service. The study indicates thatindustrial upgrading, the level of foreign trade, government action and the secondaryindustry all have an impact on the spatial distribution of producer services. After, thepaper research on the reasonableness of spatial distribution of producer services. Based on these studies, the thesis build coordination mechanisms of spatial distribution ofproducer services. Finally, giving advice to promote the development of producerservices and optimize the spatial layout of producer services.
