Development Of Producer Services In Xi'an Layout And Space Research

In the modern world, fast-growing producer service is gradually replacing manufacturing as core force and innovation sources of economic growth in western metropolitan area and main force of urban spatial structure remodeling in western countries; Since 20th century 90's, producer service is gradually replacing traditional consumer service as important strength that instigates china's economic growth and in the person of main aspect of city's economic function. In the context of economic restructuring and globalization, China's regional cities are faced with development chance of producer service, and the status of producer service in national economy will be more enhanced. The rise of producer service will bring revolutionary change to way of production, by increasing manufacturing labor productivity and added value of products so as to promote manufacturing upgrading and amalgamation of service and manufacturing, some extent, which affects manufacturing development, and the development of producer service in city can promote the optimization of urban spatial structure.At present, Xi'an has formed "three, two and one" industrial structure, the service industry has become dominant power of economic growth in Xi'an. But gross scale of the service industry is relatively small and market competitiveness is weaker, this is mainly due to the gradual shrinkage of the primary industry and the slow development of the industrial economy causing that the secondary industry did not create the post role of economic growth. Xi'an is in key period that is transforming from the middle take-off stage of industrialization to later mature stage of industrialization and has entered into fast development stage of urbanization, and regional city development is in high-speed agglomeration stage, which provides a good basis for the development of producer service and expands load space.In this paper, taking example for Xi'an, according to correlation theory of industrial economics, regional economics, economic geography and urban geography, in virtue of GIS, based on industry statistics of producer service in "Xi'an Statistical Yearbook" (1998-2007) and correlation enterprise information in "Xi'an Yellow Pages" (2002, 2008) and by using methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis, development and spatial distribution of producer service are studied. This study has important practical significance for the promotion of urbanization development and upgrading of industrial structure, the determination of reasonable industrial development direction and reasonable planning of urban industrial spatial distribution, and the promotion of economic growth and urban competitiveness in Xi'an. The main conclusions of this paper include the following six areas.(1)Service industry has become the dominant power of national economy and the first industry of employment producing in Xi'an, but its total scale is relatively small and its market competitiveness is weaker.(2)Producer service in Xi'an has a higher status in whole province, develops rapidly and its separation industries present different growth characteristics.(3)From the macro level, producer service in Xi'an presents spatial concentrated distribution characteristic and is in spatial agglomeration stage as a whole.(4)Spatial structure models of the total and separation industry of Xi'an producer service are not isomorphism.(5)From the micro level, producer service in Xi'an shows strong regional homogeneity.(6)The spatial distribution status of producer service in Xi'an is formed by market law, urban planning and government guidance collectively.This paper's innovation points are as follows:(1)On research content: Choosing Xi'an as a research case, development and spatial distribution of producer service are studied in detail and comprehensively from form study, process study and mechanism study.(2)On research thinking: From the macro and micro levels, this paper studies spatial distribution of producer service in Xi'an, according to the principle of prominent major points, complementarity of the industries and coordinated development, puts forward specific cluster districts construction of producer service, and provides a strongly operable scheme for the government industrial regulation.
