Evolution Characteristics,Mechanisms And Spatial Effects Of Productive Services Spatial Patterns In Nanjing Under Cross River Development

Under the strategy of Yangtze river economic belt,cross-river development has become an important choice for binjiang city to expand urban space,optimize urban spatial structure,enhance urban level and achieve high-quality development,while industrial development layout plays a leading role in the process of cross-river development.With the continuous development of service industry economy,producer services play an increasingly prominent role in urban development.The agglomeration and diffusion of producer services have become an important force shaping urban interior space.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on spatial pattern and effect of producer services in binjiang city and provide reference for relevant government departments to formulate policies.Taking nanjing as a case,this paper attempts to explore the evolution characteristics,influencing factors,formation mechanism and spatial effects of producer services in the context of urban cross-river development.Firstly,by using POI data of producer services enterprises,Arc GIS,field interview and other methods,the evolution characteristics of spatial distribution pattern of producer services in nanjing were analyzed,and the spatial patterns of different types of service industries were explored.Then,it analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial pattern of producer services in nanjing and reveals the mechanism of the formation of the spatial pattern of producer services under the cross-river development of the city.Finally,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal process of enterprise agglomeration in jiangbei new area from the perspective of urban cross-river development,and explores the spatial effect of producer services agglomeration.The results show that:(1)Nanjing producer services focused on the space in the city center,but at different times the position change of agglomeration area,in general,enterprises agglomeration presented by "one center" to "multi-core" characteristics of the producer services enterprises cluster areas showed from the trend of the inner city sprawling,enterprises of different categories in different period of the spatial layout model has significant differences,mainly for the homogenization layout,centralized layout and more core layout;(2)Nanjing city spatial pattern of producer services by geographical history basis,market factors,government planning and policy guidance,traffic facilities and the influence of many factors such as information technology development,urban development under the background,across the river in market factors,government behavior,geography,history,information and traffic factors such as comprehensive mechanism affecting the location choice of the enterprise,prompting producer services in urban internal spatial structure evolution;(3)Under the influence of cross-river development,producer services are mostly distributed along the riverside,forming multiple agglomeration centers.With the gradual improvement of cross-river channels,cross-river migration has become an important way for producer services enterprises to choose their location.The spatial agglomeration of producer services has changed the industrial spatial pattern,forming a number of enterprise gathering center nodes and characteristic function blocks.The neighborhood effect of enterprise agglomeration guides the generation and reconstruction of urban space,thus promoting the continuous evolution of urban spatial functions and leading the transformation of urban spatial structure mode on a macro level.
