Research Of Shan Dong Agriculture Cluster Competitivenessbased On Innovation Net

Since Marshall initiated the study of industrial cluster, scholars never stop the study of industrial cluster theory never.The reason is, industry cluster do not only promote the development of enterprises in the cluster, but also can promote a regional’s economic development, and even can enhance the competitiveness of a country. An important branch of the research of industrial clusters, is the study of the competitiveness of an industrial clusters. In recent years, the study of industry cluster has developed from macro level to the "micro level", and there are more and more researches about the integration of other theories, and formed some new research directions, innovation network theory was born under this situation.Under this background, this paper selects the agricultural industry cluster in Shandong Province as the research object, combing the theories of industrial clusters, competitiveness and innovation network, based on this, analysis the status and the development of the agricultural industry cluster in Shandong Province, introduces the situation of Shandong province agriculture industry cluster especially some well developed clusters which has it’s own characteristics. Then introduced the main part of innovation network and its coupling relationship, analyses the factors which influenced Shandong agricultural cluster’s competitiveness by the view of innovation networks, expounds the effects of innovation network for cluster’s competitiveness, and the combination of these factors on analysis the competitiveness’s advantages of Shandong province agriculture industry cluster by innovation networks by the view of analysis. Then based on the these analysis, according to the principles of selecting the indicators of competitiveness, select the competitiveness evaluation index, according to the structural characteristics of innovation network, construct the competitiveness evaluation system, using SPSS software to analysis the date of each provinces to carry out the factors by factor analysis, construct the competitiveness evaluation model of agricultural industry cluster based on innovation network. According to the model, compare the competitiveness of Shandong province agriculture industrial clusters with other provinces, to evaluate the Shandong province agriculture industrial clusters competitiveness, then find out the existed Shandong province agriculture industry cluster’s competitive advantages and disadvantages according to the analysis of the data, and appraise the situation briefly according to the actual situation. Find the lack of competitiveness of the cluster according to the model, and put forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness, and also for the government to refer to the policies.
