From the recent domestic and foreign commercial banks operating practice, performance evaluation of commercial banks is becoming more and more important.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, the performance appraisal of the concept of related theories are reviewed, the use of relevant theories on through rural commercial bank performance evaluation methods of making process, the purpose of performance appraisal, and the appraisal method, effects, defects and improvement of path analysis, the use of management by objectives (MBO) and key indicators (KPI) analysis method, carries on the analysis and evaluation of performance assessment in the process, method, index, standard and implement.This paper first describes the theoretical basis and frame of the thesis-background and significance of the study, and then introduces the basic situation of the Imperial Bank of Huainan and the current status of the Imperial Bank of Huainan of the performance appraisal and performance appraisal of theimpl- ementation of the analysis, elaborated the achievements and problems of the performance appraisal of Imperial Bank of Huainan, and in the light of the problems existing in the performance from the performance evaluation, the guiding ideo-logy and the process, the strategic goals, setting and implementationof assessment index, the mission and vision of the Imperial Bank of Huainanconverted into specific performance appraisal measures, and then from thecompletion of the assessment mechanism, enhance the level of mold threeexamination, exam-ination culture to improve the performance appraisal ofsecurity, and put forward the feasible measures to improve the status of performance appraisal of Imperial Bank of Huainan, to provide the reference for the similar interbank carry out performance evaluation related activities.
