With the economic globalization and the knowledgeablization process deepening, the form of the market rapidly changing, the work become complexity and uncertainty makes a person’s knowledge cannot meet the demand of the diversity of knowledge, and to the core of the team pattern become new management pattern, teams driven organizational form to become the future trend. The knowledge sharing of knowledge team has gradually become a hot research in business community and academia. Scholars have studied the knowledge-based team knowledge sharing used the network theory, but the used the network theory studied knowledge-based team knowledge sharing is still a lack of complete analysis system, few literature systematically research the interaction of network structure the various dimensions, and its impact on knowledge sharing. Therefore, this paper as the core network structure, dig the connotation of network structure, researching the interaction of network structure the various dimensions, and its impact on knowledge sharing and team performance, and the introduction of team communication as a network structure formed the key factor, analyzed the role of team member’s task-oriented and emotion-oriented communication in the process of a network structure forming. Empirical testing the network structure forming process affect of knowledge-based team knowledge sharing by Methods of structural equation modeling. There have31knowledge-based team samples in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Sichuan, Anhui and Jiangxi8provinces and cities, used the AMOS17.0and SPSS19analysis software, to be verified on the theoretical model and hypothesis. Through empirical researching, the following is the conclusions.(1) Task-oriented communication and emotion-oriented communication play a catalytic role in the process of a network structure forming. The empirical results show that the team members in order to complete the task they carry out the task-oriented communication can enhance the strength of the interaction between team members, prompting the formation of the centrality of the team members, resulting in a positive impact on the formation of the network structure of the entire team. The emotion-oriented communication for personal problems of helps create a good atmosphere in the team, to promote the deepening of emotions, trust is established, the team has an important influence on the formation of a network structure.(2) There are some interactions between the various dimensions of the network structure. The empirical results show that the frequency of contact between team members is higher; there is more exchange of information, more cooperation and exchanges, greater network density. The greater network density makes the team members to establish more ties with other members, thereby promoting the formation of the center position of team members. (3) Form a network structure can facilitate knowledge sharing among team members. The empirical results show strong ties make team members understand each other, build trust, enhancing mutual learning and sharing among members wishes to promote team knowledge sharing. The higher network centrality of the team members, the closer the central location can acquire more knowledge and resources to improve the efficiency of team knowledge sharing. The network density and knowledge sharing is not a simple linear relationship, resulting in knowledge redundancy in the high network density, is not conducive to team knowledge sharing.(4) The network structure formation positive effect team performance. The empirical results show that the higher contact between team members can improve the ability to absorb and acquire knowledge, to promote the rational use of the complementarity and heterogeneous resources, so as to enhance team performance. Forming a team member central position makes it able to touch different knowledge, more flexible ways of thinking and have more resources, showing better performance. The network density has no positive impact on team performance; high network density requires team members to spend more time and effort to maintain, so attend to team goals, team performance naturally not ideal.(5) Effective knowledge sharing can improve team performance. The empirical results show that, through knowledge sharing can obtain the knowledge and technologies needed for a good team performance, knowledge sharing between team members can facilitate the flow of knowledge within the team, make the team work efficiency has been significantly improved, and thus enhance the team performance.This paper discusses the interaction of network structure the various dimensions and team communication as a key factor in the formation of the network structure, expanding the impact of network structure on knowledge sharing and team performance. There are three suggestions for management. First, communication between team members concerned, the management process focusing on the team task to carry out communication, but do not ignore the emotion-oriented communication. Second, recognize the role of the network structure, forming a network structure has a positive impact on knowledge sharing and team performance. Finally, pay attention to cultivating knowledge sharing atmosphere in the knowledge-based team, encourage team members eager to learn new knowledge and to share it, improve the knowledge structure of team members.
