The object that the article studied on is F Mobile Corporation manager performance evaluation system, which aimed at through in-depth study of customer manager performance appraisal system so as to provide practical suggestions for human resource department performance appraisal work. The whole diagnosis process mainly adopts the questionnaire, field investigation, literature analysis method and theory. The first is to diagnose customer manager performance appraisal system in the execution and implementation of F Mobile Corporation at present, I found the not enough attention of line supervisor thought, evaluation data deviation, unreasonable assessment index design, lack of performance communication. In view of the existing problems in the performance appraisal work, after the assessment, the article put forward the concept of people-oriented, revised from the performance system, scientific assess methods, made the appraisal results effective so three aspects to optimized and upgraded the whole F Mobile Corporation customer manager performance appraisal system. According to the index design of performance appraisal system, it plans according to the actual situation of Mobile Corporation; at the assessment methods, as a guide through the theoretical tools of KPI appraisal method, target management method, it analysis ability and to enhance the performance of the index set designer; at the results of the assessment of application, it made the mandatory distribution and scoring system combined, and expand the assessment results of application in the field of promotion and recognition so as to promote the F Mobile Corporation customer manager performance management level.At the same time, I also hope that the discussion can provide references to other communication enterprises in terms of customer manager management.
