A Study On Supply Chain Management For A Company Outsourced Manufacturing Model

The development of economic globalization and increasingly fine division of the internationalcommunity promote the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, so China’s manufacturingenterprises faces enormous pressure to reduce costs in the market economy transition period. In order tosurvival、develop and maintain its core competitiveness, enterprises not only optimize the use of their ownmanufacturing resources, but also to reduce operating costs through the help of other business advantagesof resources and the high quality of products, so outsourcing emerged and Outsourcing becomes animportant model for enterprise reducing the burden for their business. Therefore limited to the cost oftraditional enterprise internal cost control management，cost control is no longer applicable under theoutsourcing model, and outsourcing mode and supplying chain cost management is necessary to take intoaccount the cost of the Company’s production department needs, but combined with the service providerscase for cost control, the industry can not ignore the cost of competitors and other aspects of the macroenvironment.In this study, a typical manufacturing company A is studied. Outsourcing has become an important modefor the development of business strategy and strategic management for enterprise development. On thisbasis, exploring issues related to the outsourcing business model under which the supply chain costmanagement. Under the guidance of the operating cost and target cost theroy, the research sorts thedynamic domestic and international supply chain management in this study for A company are analyzed,and the outsourced supplying chain cost management status and problems of A company are also analyzed.At last,in order to optimize A company outsourced supply chain management, the study makes somethoughts about the enhancing of core manufacturing business competitiveness、the reduce of outsourcingrisk, and strategic planning aspects of team configuration、 management、 strategy and systemspecifications and data systems under the target cost control theory、the theory of ABC and the Status ofAcompany outsourcing.
