It was very necessary for effective quality management in the modern corporate development, which was one of the most important steps to walk in the international market gradually and improve the competitiveness, and also was one of the important study subject in modern corporate.VLX Cable Assembly (zhongshan) co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of VLX group of independent operation management and cost accounting of subsidiary, was founded on October6,2000, the registered capital of US$2million, covers an area of10374square meters. Main production power cords, cables, special cables, or wires, communication cable, power cable connectors, cable connectors, aviation special cable connectors and related parts. But in recent years, with the change of market development and customer requirements, with the lack of a system reform VLX zhongshan company also exist many problems in the quality management, which need to be improved immediatelyThis article conduct the corresponding diagnoses study based on the current quality management problem in VLX Zhongshan factory. First of all, it describe the current domestic oversea quality management study and the related theory, and provide the related theoretic base for the sequent VLX Zhongshan quality management run; secondly, it validate the current quality management status in Zhongshan factory, and pointed out its quality management problems such as the management commitment of top management is just stayed in the surface or oral, not actual action, and the total quality management activeness is not high, poor supplier management, and customer complaint not being handling timely etc; through research integrated theory with practice, it describe and analyze the root cause of the quality problems from the different aspects such as management quality knowledge, global org orientation, operation management R&R and poor operation supervisor competence; lastly, for the quality management problems, it drafted the related improvement program based on the domestic oversea study theory and corporate practice, such as strengthen the total employee quality management awareness, optimize the current org to be suitable for the current corporate strategy, strengthen the exaction monitor force from corporate management, and optimize the internal training system, and conduct the adequate measurement, analysis and improvement etc program, so as to improve the VLX Zhongshan quality management.This text adopts the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis research methods, through the study of enterprise quality management theory to understand, for the existing quality management problems in VLX company conduct the analysis, and also theory combining with practice, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, so that the company has a certain reference value in the same industry.
