| With the global competition in the market today, the quality has become a keyfactor in winning the competition. More and more enterprises, especially OEMenterprises concerned about how to improve the product quality. In the field of qualitymanagement, quality improvement is a hot topic in the recent years, after followingthe ISO9000.The article tries to summarize the various theories and methods,combined with the experience of myself wherethe company’s quality management and quality improvement to do furtherdiscussion. I hope to be helpful to the study of quality improvement.Firstly this article introduces the theories which closely related to OEMenterprise quality management, introduced the basic concepts and features of theOEM and modern quality management and process characteristics, the basic conceptsand theoretical foundation of the BPR enterprise business process reengineering, aswell as its all three interrelated. Then analyze the OEM enterprise’s business processesand quality control system’s features, and introduces the problems of OEM enterprisequality control process and how to improve theprogram in the present stage. Also, combined with process reengineering andproject management theory, preliminary proposed construction of enterprise qualitycontrol process optimization ideas.Finally, take D Division of F company for instance, according to the analysis anddiagnosis of existing business processes and the quality exception, implement processreengineering and quality control tools to expand quality improvement activities. Atthe same time, based on the function set up and process monitoring method, redefinethe quality control process in Division, make the new process more efficient andoperability.This article maybe certain references to the OEM enterprise quality improvement,and also a valuable reference for those interested in the business process studying. |
