Study On The Cooperative Construction Of Innovative Clusters Of Tea Industry Between Fujian And Taiwan

Tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan has carried out cooperation in tea technology、tea culture、tea economy,realizing resource complementarity and mutual benefit. Since the signing and implementation of ECFA,the comunication and cooperation of tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan have become active unprecedentedly.Nevetheless, there sill exist some problems in cooperation of tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan,for example,it is difficult to improve the added value of the products,it is desiderate to enhance industry innovation ability and cooeperative economic effect.To solve the above problems and improve the industrial cooperation performance have become the priotiry among priorities to deepen cooperation of tea industry betweem Fujian and Taiwan.To Build innovative clusters is the best path to deepen agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Construction of innovative clusters is helpful to increase the added value of products,enhance the economic effect,promote industrial innovation capacity,so as to promote the further development of tea industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.Many Fujian tea industrial parks with its good investment environment to attract Taiwan funded agricultural enterprises become the important carricer for the contruction of innovative cluster of tea industry.Through the long-term cooperation,industries of Fujian and Taiwan have had some conditions requried for buliding innovative clusters. So it is necessary and feasible to take the tea industrial park as the carrier,introduce the cooperation,building the innovative clusters in stages,in order to enhance the depth and the performance of cooperation of tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan.Combined with relevant theoretical knowledge of industrial economics,based on the comprehensive analysis of logic mechanism and required conditions of the contruction of innovative clusters,the paper makes use of the evolutionary game model to design the stages of the evolution of innovative cluters and puts forward the strategy of the cooperative construction of innovative cluters of tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan,in order to make some contribution to deepening the cooperation of Tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan,and to improving the cooperation performace for reference.
