The Physical And Mental Stress Of Woman Labor In Manufacturing Enterprise

As the practice of structural reform and reform and opening-up policy in our country, more and more woman t labor pour into the city and join the workforce. Because of the lack of social institute, law, consciousness about the woman labor, they face serious physical and mental stress. In order to explore these problems and its reasons, I carried out a field research taking the MF enterprise for example, aiming to obtain the first-hand data about the physical and mental stress of woman labor in MF enterprise through field survey and interview. The research have shown that the main problems of the physical stress of woman labor were the conflict of menstruation time and working time, the intensity of work and physical stress, the environment of work and physical stress. And the main problems of the physical stress of woman labor were economic dilemma, identity crisis of woman migrant labor, lack of social support and tensions between family members and so on. The emergence of these problems was the result of the interaction of a variety of factors of economy, law, enterprise and society and so on. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the physical and mental of woman labor, we must take the efforts of government, society, enterprise and social workers together.
