Economic Calculate Farmland Water Engineering Of Land Consolidation Project In Tangxian

Land remediation construction projects mainly include the land unknotting work, farmland water conservancy projects, field engineering and shelter forest construction. Irrigation directly service to agriculture and rural economic development which is the top priority of the agricultural infrastructure. The quality of farmland water conservancy was directly related to agricultural, income, rural economic development and social stability. Farmland water conservancy investment accounted for over40%of the total investment in land remediation projects, economic benefits generated by the current of water conservancy projects to improve yields and conserve limited water resources, water conservancy projects not fully reflect the economic benefits, can not reveal the land renovation project generated significant social, economic, and ecological significance.In this paper, some shortcomings was found about farmland water conservancy estimates, and it should be further understand and interpreted the meaning of farmland water conservancy benefit, which would improve and construct the methods of estimation. It could be confirmed that the factor index system and the method of calculation can be applied in TangXian. The main conclusions are:(1)Analysis of the economic benefits of farmland water conservancy land remediation and analyze the economic sources of irrigation land remediation. It was aspects of the economic benefits of farmland water and land remediation include benefits, increase efficiency, water efficiency, energy efficiency, and effectiveness of provincial workers clear land remediation farmland water conservancy economic calculation methods.(2)According to the method, it was estimated that the project coming to a total benefit was3296.3yuan·hm-2; basic operating costs of1798300yuan; income of1512800yuan; investment yield was5.54%, payback period is18.05years.
