Research Of Interest Integration Mechanism On Internet Copyright Based On Game Theory Analysis

As the developing of internet, a lot of interested parties in internet copyright area have serious conflicts with each other, and this has led to severe interest imbalance of them, so internet copyright problem has grown to a hot pot of our society and needs quickly improved. This paper starts research under this background, firstly comprehends the basic concepts, characteristics, laws, protection technologies about internet copyright by lots of paper reading work, then summarizes the research results of others from two aspects of game theory on copyright and interest integration, and based on this to continue next stage of research. Then does some analysis on the backgrounds, causes and specific performance of internet copyrights, and abstracts the concepts of those three interest groups:copyright owner, internet content provider (ICP) and social users, then combs and summarizes their interest relationship. And based on that, this paper finds that there are tight relationships of game theory among those three interest groups through basic game theory analysis about them. So this paper firstly designs a game theory model between copyright owner and ICP based on game theory analysis, then analyses the model and gets the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium. Secondly creates a tripartite extended tree game model, and analyses the users’ utility. And finally combined with the analysis result of game theory this paper designs an interest integration mechanism which has been centered with an internet copyright open platform, and this mechanism also needs three regimes as supplement:copyright compensation system, copyright collective management system and copyright transfer system. In the new interest integration mechanism, those three interest parties get to a balanced status, and pirate activities are stricken seriously, then as final maximize social benefits. Finally in the tail of this paper, summarizes the whole research, specifies the defects and look forward to the future. Hoping this research will provide some inspiration and reference for other researchers.
