Research On Situation And Countermaesure Of Industrial Integration In Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei Region

The Five-year Plan for2011to2015will take Beijing-centered integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei into the new strategy focus of the national development. However, in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the distribution of cities, industries and populations is unbalanced, those regions mutually lack close industry association, and are dysplasia in city development. Hence, to enhance the regional industrial relationship, interlinkage and integration is extremely urgent. This research aims to analysis the current status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s industry, and to explore the regional advantages and problems existed in the composite development. It is not only helpful to change the inverse suction effect that Beijing brings to the surrounding cities, achieve regional balanced development, but also beneficial to achieve the regional industrial integration, promote the regional overall strength and get a bigger space in China and even in the international stage.Firstly, based on comparative analysis of current domestic scholars which for the connotation and characteristics of the industrial integration, the research summarized the regional specialization theory should be the guiding theory of industrial integration, While sorted out the labor division theory and the related theories which derived from the labor division theory systematically. In this paper, the research then summed up the industrial integration mode of the typical metropolitan circle both at home and abroad through the analysis of multiple angles, including the Metropolitan Region of Tokyo and New York, as well as economic circle of Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. Then, the research take Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object, based on the data of three places from2000to2012, use the industry structure similarity coefficient, the paper analyzed the industrial structure of three districts from two dimensions of horizontal contrast and vertical development. On this basis, the article do the In-depth analysis of the status quo by dividing the industry into heavy industry and light industry and using the method of Regional division index, Location entropy and product difference coefficient synthetically. In the end, the paper introduces industry linkages to measure the degree of the cooperation potential of heavy industry and light industry in three regions, combine the measured results and analysis of the agglomeration and metastasis of advantage industry, and then put forward the development countermeasures that adapt to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry status quo.
