With the development of communication technology, and the maturity of3G&4G technology and applications, mobile phone has become an indispensable communication tool. At the same time, it takes more and more responsibilities, the rapid development of mobile phone terminal industry brought fierce competition between hand machine enterprises. Due to technical updates slow, market positioning are not allowed, the pursuit of diversification and so on, Many veteran overlord mobile phone manufacturing enterprises limited their own development, or even be eliminated. Entered in2013, the market demand is becoming more and more intelligent products, so most of companies focus on intelligent mobile phone, applications, various concepts of concentrated outbreak, and the mobile terminal industry chain began to have wonderful changes and competition; therefore, it has an important significance to study the mobile phone industry’s development. The development of the times and changes of the situation, it not only take potential opportunities to company to S, but also brought new challenges, enterprises are faced with transformation and development issues. Study and formulate the strategy of S company, the research can provide certain reference value to other Chinese mobile phone manufacturers’strategy development.The thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the current situation of the development of mobile phone manufacturer, as well as the research objective, framework and key point. The second chapter introduces the development process of enterprise strategic management theory, process theory and strategic management. The third chapter analyses the external environment. The fourth chapter analyses the current situation of S company mobile phone business enterprise future development, identify the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities, challenges of A company, and the competitors are analyzed; the fifth chapter for the development of S company’s strategic objectives, and the strategic layer and business layer; the sixth chapter puts forward the strategic suggestions; seventh chapter of the research on this summary. Hope that through the study of the development strategy of S company, and provide the reference to other mobile phone manufacturers enterprise.
