There are some problems of performance management in XX company.This paper takes Management by Objectives(MBO) and Key Performance Indicators(KPI) as guidance, takes work results and job analysis as foundation, in order to ensure its strategic goals and management goals being achieved.This system includes performance regulation system,and its theory base,job analysis,performance metrics system, performance guarantee system performance implementation safeguard measures.The core of system is how to formulate performance indicators.This paper establish clear job objectives and department goals throug job analysis,and performance indicators combined with the working process.KPI of department and position are confirmed through the Performance Management Committee.This dissertation put forward pertinence operation process of performance and communication as key performance management. This dissertation has also developed a detailed implementation scheme and implementation measures on the practical performance system to slove problems in the process of implementation meeting with, ensuring the validity of each stage performance during operation. The implementation of performance management system has further improved the company’s management of, promoted the company’s development to a new level.
