Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has been rapid and steady development, market competition has become increasingly fierce, Many similar enterprise in the face of other domestic companies also face competition while combating foreign companies. Faced with such pressure and challenges, many similar enterprise managers realized that the traditional managementmodel has been unable to adapt to the development needs of the modern enterprise, only by constantly improve the performance management of the enterprise, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the strategic goal of enterprises can be realized, the enterprise can survive and development. However, performance management as exotic, many companies do not fully understand it, thus there were many problems in the practical application of the enterprise, and it did not play a real role. Therefore, the correct awareness and understanding of performance management, establish a set of their own development needs in linewith the performance management system has a very important practical significance.In this paper, the performance of modern management theory were carefully summarized and learning, FQ company as the research object, analyzes the problems and defects existing in current management system, and put forward the optimization scheme.
