Risk Management Research For A Textile Company Of Logistics Outsourcing

With the deepening of the information age, the clear sign of the development of thecurrent era is the increase in service outsourcing projects，which is randomly generatedin the market environment. In the process of service outsourcing, the most importantpart is the development of manufacturing industry outsourcing services. Therefore,logistics outsourcing, as a bright spot in the whole process of manufacturing industrydevelopment, has been paid different degrees of attention to, in recent years. It not onlymore presents in logistics and manufacturing of products, but also put the enterprisecore technology and the whole operation mode to the test. This has led the developmentof the enterprise in the process of logistics outsourcing, logistics outsourcing riskmanagement as the core of the research focus.The paper firstly introduces the research background and significance, andsummarizes the domestic and foreign study situation about logistics outsourcing andrisk management，and further states the risk management theory about logisticsoutsourcing. Against to the characteristics of risk management of A textile enterprise forlogistics outsourcing, the paper also analyze and evaluates its logistics outsourcing riskby using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method (FAHP), analyze the size of each risk,and propose the precaution and control measures to the risk. This paper providesreference for consummating risk analysis in logistics outsourcing and increasingpractical capability of risk analyzing method.
