Analysis On Sales Logistics Outsourcing Risk Management In SGQG Company

With the rapid development of economy and the change of competitive environment,many enterprises outsource the non core logistics to the professional logistics providers.Logistics outsourcing reduces the operating costs of enterprises and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.However,it faces many risks in logistics outsourcing process of the enterprise,such as environment risk,management risk,financial risk and information risk.And these risks bring a variety of hidden troubles to the enterprise.Therefore carrying on the risk management of logistics outsourcing helps the enterprise to indentify,analyze and eualuate various risks.At last the enterprise takes effective measures to reduce the probability of risk.This paper applys the theory and method of logistics management systemically and focuses on discussing the risk management problem of SGQG sales logistics outsourcing.The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects:(1)firstly this paper expounds that it is significant to study sales logistics outsourcing risk management in the current grim steel market situation;and this paper puts forward the view that the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of combining study on risk management in logistics outsourcing by analyzing the status of domestic and international research on the risk management in logistics outsourcing.(2)it provides the theoretical basis for the research on sales logistics outsourcing risk management in SGQG company by combing the relevant research theory,including transaction costs,agency,risk management,logistics outsourcing meaning,the analysis of the logistics outsourcing risk and risk assessment method.(3)the paper finds out the problems existing in risk management by analyzing the status of organization structure and management scheme of the sales logistics outsourcing risk management in SGQG company,,including management staff,contract management,service process,performance appraisal,strategic synergy aspects and proposed solutions.(4)according to the related theory on the risk management of logistics outsourcing,the paper identify the risks of SGQG sales logistics outsourcing,uses the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the SGQG sales logistics outsourcing risk level and make the sales logistics outsourcing risk management plan and the expected benefit evaluation.This paper draws a certain targeted and instructive conclusion through the study on risk management of SGQG company sales logistics outsourcing.Hope this research can get some inspiration for the aspect of that the the theory and method of logistics outsourcing risk management are applied to SGQG company sales logistics outsourcing risk management.
