Study On Ecological Industry Development Level And Countermeasures Of Liaoning Province

The advancement of industrialization in the global scope has caused sorts ofenvironmental problems, environmental pollution and ecological destruction brought aserious threat to the survival and development of human. As an important part of northeastold industrial base, Liaoning province have made great achievements in the field ofeconomy. But the current economic model of "high exploitation, high utilization, and highemission" directly contributed to the growth of resources and environment degradationsituation. Liaoning province is facing challenges in economic and social development: howto ensure the sustainable utilization of resources and promote the sustainable developmentof regional social economy. The study of Liaoning province’s industrial ecology is of greatsignificance in promoting the economic development and ecological environment at thesame time.Based on the systematic analysis of ecological development in Liaoning province andresearch of industrial ecology from domestic and foreign scholars, this paper researches themeasures of promoting the development of ecological industry surrounding Evaluation ofecological level of development. The main contents are as follows:Chapter one introduces the background, significance, methods and new ideas, theoriesand interrelated researches of industrial ecology of the paper.Chapter two introduces the definition, features of ecology and summarizes relatedtheories.Chapter three is evaluation index system, based on principles of index system building,through expert consultation method, frequency statistics, and theoretical analysis, the paper selects the reasonable indexes respectively from the macro, medium and micro levels,using the factor analysis method to determine the weight value of selected indicators, andfinally get the ecological evaluation index system.Chapter four is the focus of this paper, and evaluates the development level ofindustry ecology in Liaoning province. Based on the evaluation index system model inchapter three, the paper evaluates the ecological development of Liaoning provincerespectively from the macro, medium and micro level, combined with the situation ofindustry development and the ecological environment in Liaoning province, and finallygets the advantages and the existing problems.Chapter five puts forward the suitable path of promoting the development of industrialecology in Liaoning province.Chapter six is the conclusion.
