At present, the competitiveness of the national power enterprise is disappearing,and this will be very challenging to it. With the reformation goes more deepening, themore pressure which the power enterprises will face to. When The state owned powerenterprises enter the market, and gradually become its main part, how does it survive、develop, and how does it keep and construct itself as the main core? These will be theserious problems which the enterprises straightly confront. Through the survey andresearch of Jing Hai Enterprise, regarding to its culture and the present moment Thisarticle analyzed the problems that exist in Jing Hai Enterprise, and the discussion abouthow we deal with the problems, hope my article will offer little help to the enterprises,especially when the enterprises face the universal economic and its culture, facing to theintensified marketing competitiveness, with such conditions, how do the enterprisesconstruct it characterize culture to own the competitive、developing advantages, andbuild up its cohesion、creativity, therefore to make all the best wishes of the enterprisesbecome true. This article is divided into following chapters: Chapter one is theIntroduction; Chapter two is about the Overview of Modern Enterprise Culture; Chapterthree is The Construction of Jinghai Corporation’s Enterprise Culture; Chapter four isabout the Problems of the Construction of Jinghai Corporation’s Enterprise Culture;Chapter five is the Solutions to the Problems of the Construction of Jinghai Corporation’sEnterprise Culture; Chapter six is the Summary. The third part focuses on the maincontent of Jinghai corporate culture: the concept of Jinghai corporation’s culture is the"Action " which can be divided into " the Soul of Action" and "the Aim of Action." Thefeature of construction of enterprise culture of Jinghai Corporation is trans-regional andtrans-sectional. The unique combination of shareholders and employees determines thepluralism inside Jinghai Corporation. This article elaborates the culture pluralism ofJinghai Corporation from four aspects: the regional pluralism, the sectional pluralism, the ownership pluralism, and the background pluralism. In chapter4we analyze theproblems existed in the construction from the lacking in cognition of the employees, theto-be-improved capability of execution, the stuck of communication channel and the lackof atmosphere and publicity of enterprise culture. In chapter5we propose the solutionsto the problems according to the analysis. These solutions are the following: strengthenthe training of grass-root talents, the improvement of employees cognition, enhance theconstruction of the inner-control system, form effective manage process, reinforceexecution capability, form communication channel between superior and subordinate,enhance the publicity of enterprise culture and form the atmosphere of culture. Thechapter six goes the summary of the whole article and its vision.
