Step into 21 century, the characteristics of economic globalization, internationalized competition, information networking and rapid technological development have been popped out even more than the past. Enterprises are facing an environment mixed with increased dynamics, complex and uncertainty, and for their development, the era of knowledge– driven economy provides more development spaces as well as severe challenges and pressures. Under this background, can enterprise keep sustained competence and how enterprise keeps sustained competence have been voted as even harder goals to achieve than managerial effectiveness. At the same time, the inevitabilities of bringing in corporate culture or factors of sense of worth have been showed during the deepen development process of enterprise sustained competence, because people have realized enterprise itself is not only an economic organization of earning profit, but also a cultural supporter or cultural community. In enterprises, common theories of value is a rare strategic resources, a unique ability which are hard to copy and instead, a creation spirit which is up and coming, a recessive common sense. Therefore, explore corporate culture has strong actual necessity on the―mechanism of action‖of enterprise sustained competence, and it is also the source of this dissertation's selected topic. During the research process, the dissertation has been emphasized on the logic of theory evolvement and be established in the actual necessity of enterprise continuous development, it uses theory as a source of reference and to integrate as well as opening up a new research direction for corporate cultural structure and value emerge.The thesis is structured as follows. Chapter 1 introduces the background, purpose and main topic of the study. Chapter 2 summarized the related principles of enterprise sustained competence and corporate culture, and elaborates the main research aspects of their relationship. Chapter 3 provides a combination of analytical framework and abilities driven enterprise sustained competence on the ground of integrate theories of sustained competence. Through measuring the characteristics of corporate culture, analyze influential principles that different corporate cultures can have on enterprise ability. It also uses ability as the middle variable constructed a theory model which corporate culture effects on enterprise sustained competence. Chapter 4 examined the theory model via questionnaire survey and interview. Chapter 5 takes example of high development enterprises, analyzes the characteristics of corporate culture of the sample enterprises by applying the―Danielson model‖, and approves the dissertation's viewpoints and conclusion. Chapter 6 elaborates the reasons of corporate culture's change, resistance and solution, it defined the importance of acquire the right corporate culture for competitive advantage on the ground of analyzing the problems of the current corporate culture structure. Chapter 7 summaries the whole thesis and provides suggestions for improvements and future study of this topic.The creative results of this dissertation during its research process are: firstly, it integrates the main principles of enterprise sustained competence in theory, constructs analytical framework which keeps consistency internally, initially achieved standardization of competitive advantage principle research; proposed the characteristics of corporate culture and made measurement, avoid deficiencies of corporate culture while talking in generalities. Discussed the effectiveness of corporate culture has on enterprise sustained competence through the―media‖- enterprise ability. Secondly, sufficient qualitative analysis and quantitative study have been made for the dissertation's standpoint and conclusion by integrate use of standard research, demonstration research and multi-case study. Once again to elaborate the content of corporate culture based on enterprise sustained competence provides train of thought for entrepreneurs who pay attention to corporate culture's value.
