In the process of Chinese economic transformation,the peasants are faced with lots of practical problems.To sovle these problems fundamentally,it is necessary to change the way of thinking in time and promote the integration of peasants into the mainstream of society. The peasant entrepreneurs are able to enhance the level of economic equilibrium through the re-integration of resources, which is a strong impetus to the development of economy. Compared to the urban entrepreneurs, peasant entrepreneurs are more dependent on social networks and while the process of economic transformation, the structure and mechanism of peasant entrepreneurs are changing. Furthermore, the working mechanism between social network and rural entrepreneurial performance is not well explained.This paper takes peasant entrepreneurs in china as the research object, exploring the relationship between rural entrepreneurs’ network and their entrepreneurial performance and testing the role of resources acquisition as mediated variable. By reviewing related theories and literatures about entrepreneurship research,, this paper builds the empirical analysis frameworks of social network, resources acquisition and peasant entrepreneurial performance based on the combination of reality and the results of previous studies then puts forward the hypothesis. Finally, this paper makes verifications on empirical framework of influencing factors of peasant entrepreneurship through applying the sample data of peasants and tests the relationship among social network, resources acquisition and entrepreneurial performance.The results of the study show that both traditional social network and new social network have a significant positive impact on peasants’ entrepreneurial performance. Compare to urban entrepreneurs, the impact of social network is more significant than new social network, which reflects the particularity and reality of peasant entrepreneurs. In addition, resources acquisition also has a significant positive impact on peasants’ entrepreneurial performance and resources acquisition play a part of the intermediary role between peasant entrepreneurs’network and entrepreneurial performances. On the basis of above stated results, this paper presents some implications. The peasant entrepreneurs should build their networks based on resources acquisition and it is not rational to expand social network and the government should play an active role in the process of peasant entrepreneurship in order to improve the success rate of peasant entrepreneurs.
