Research On The Impact Mechansim Of Returnees Entrepreneurs' Social Network On Entrepreneurial Performance

In 2015,China's gross domestic product(GDP)fell below 7% for the first time in recent years,the domestic economic slowdown,and economic restructuring has entered a critical period.Popular entrepreneurship and innovation is the reform core of stimulating the endogenous creativity of the whole society.According to the Report on the Development of Overseas Chinese Returnees(2012),Since 2012,Chinese returnees is booming,and entrepreneurship has become a main choice for most returnees.Returnees as high level talents of entrepreneurial army,got much attention from all sectors of the society.Practice has proved that some returnees enterprises are outstanding,such as Vimicro,Baidu,Sohu,etc..However,it can't be ignored that there are still a considerable part of returnees venture enterprises which failed in the development process.Survey shows that only 15% of returnees believe that they have an advantage in the social network.Most returnees entrepreneurs ignore the sustained maintenance of foreign social networks because of their return.Besides,domestic social network is also the serious weakness for returnees entrepreneurs.What is even more puzzling is that although some returnees have rich domestic and international social networks,their entrepreneurial performance has not been promoted matched with the rich social networks.To explore the impact mechanism of returnees entrepreneurs' social network on entrepreneurial performance,firstly this paper comb related theories and literatures and put forward preliminary research hypotheses.Secondly,this paper uses the method of grounded theory analysis on case business A to uncover the black box of the influence mechanism of returnees entrepreneurs' social network on enterprise performance and revise and refine assumptions.Finally,this paper mainly use the cross case analysis to further clarify the relationship between the relevant variables.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Returnee entrepreneurs social network is positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance,and returnees entrepreneurial performance depends on the comprehensive situations of its domestic and foreign social network.(2)Identification and access of resource plays an intermediary role in the influence of the returnees entrepreneurs' social network on the entrepreneurial performance.(3)Allocation and transformation of resource plays a regulatory role in the relationship between identification and access of resource and the returnees entrepreneurial performance.
