The Influence Of Subsidy Policy Of Purchasing Agricultural Machines On Agricultural Machinery Industrialization

The related work of subsidies policy for purchase agricultural machinery in《Agricultural PromotionAct》was arranged in2004, which kicked off the subsidy policy of farm machinery in China. Policyimplementation has largely promoted the process of agricultural mechanization, as well as made enormouscontribution to the development of the agricultural machinery industry in China. Therefore, further researchon how the farm machinery subsidy policy promote the development of the agricultural machinery industryin China, so as to further promote the optimization of China’s agricultural machinery industry organization,which have significant contributions to improve the development of agricultural machinery industry andsignificant function of he farm machinery subsidy policy in the future.This paper conducted the research on the effects of agricultural subsidies on the agricultural machineryindustry, the change of agricultural machinery industry organization after the application of the agriculturalmachinery industry. The perspective of the farm machinery subsidy and agricultural machinery sales wasanalyst at first, then analyzed the influence of the farm machinery subsidy policy on agricultural machineryindustry using VAR impulse corresponding model and analyzed structure, conduct and performance ofagricultural machinery enterprises in Xinjiang using SCP paradigm analysis, so as to reflect the country’sagricultural machinery industry organization. The conclusions are as follows:(1)For the prospect of the farm machinery subsidy policy, the subsidy in increasing every year in Chinaresult from the more and more high government subsidies for agricultural machinery. Whereas, the farmmachinery subsidy policy of agricultural machinery in our country is not perfect, mainly manifested as toosingle way of farm machinery subsidy, low efficiency subsidies, non-wide subsidies range, non-strongpertinence. Therefore, it’s imperative to legislate the farm machinery subsidy policy, intensify subsidies andimprove the structure, adopt diversified subsidies ways, enhance agricultural machinery safety supervisionand operation personnel’s technical training to promote implementation efficiency of farm machinerysubsidy policy.(2)The agricultural machinery industry is developing rapidly in our country, which mainly manifested asthe continues increasing production year by year, steadily upward exports, more reasonable structure,optimized products, increasingly highlights brand management. However, problems also existed, they are:excess capacity, lack of product quality, low product technology content, small agricultural machinery withexcess capacity, large enterprise with wake competitiveness, the lack of qualified personnel, et al. So it isnecessary to upgrade structure of agricultural machinery industrial, increase investment in technology andtalents, improve product quality and after-sales service, strengthen brand management, and exploit theinternational market to promote the development of our farm machinery industry healthy.(3) For the prospect of the influence the farm machinery subsidy policy’s on the agricultural machineryindustry, farm machinery subsidy policy has contributed to a maximum of84%of farm machinery industry.On the one hand, the farm machinery subsidy policy of agricultural machinery industry plays an indeliblerole in the development of farm machinery industry. Considering that, our country should continue tounswervingly implement the farm machinery subsidy policy. On the other hand, it shows that we dependtoo much on farm machinery subsidy policy in China. With the improvement of mechanization level, thefarm machinery subsidy will eventually reduce or cancel in the future, which will bring heavy blow forfarm machinery industry. Therefore, investment in science and technology, talent introduction, brandmanagement behavior is fundamental solutions to the development of agricultural machinery industry.
