The Analysis Of The Way To Increase The Income Of Peasant Income In Bazhou Of Xinjiang

In this paper, through a large number of relevant literature retrieval research, systematically analyzesthe development of agricultural and peasant incomes at home and abroad. Combined with thecharacteristics of Xinjiang have a purpose, planned through the literature search, questionnaireinvestigation, interview and comprehensive researc hmethod in Xinjiang area of Bazhou "three agriculture"problems were investigated, especially for the peasant income structure and income approach to making athorough investigation and study.This thesis mainly make the selective analysis of the overall situation and the structure of Bazhoupeasant income, discussing the characteristics of compositional changes in income of Bazhou farmer andit’s rationality, and through the micro and macro aspects, analyzing the unfavorable factors of restrictingBazhou farmer to achieve factors increase in rural incomes. There are mainly the following points:(1)social factors: it’s incomprehensive in the agricultural machinery popularization, and low in the grainplanting proportion, and not high in the planting enthusiasm;(2) economic factors: reflected in the animalhusbandry output value is still low, the development of animal husbandry is slow, some economic cropprices fell, the ability to resist market ris kWeak.(3)other factors: such as increasing farmland water use,water supply reduction, and frequent natural disasters, etc.The article carries on the detailed elaboration to the above problems and proposes the correspondingcountermeasures. The following points:(1) To continue to intensify its rich peasants policy of farmer.(2) To decompose, layer upon layer, goals and tasks of increasing farmers’ income.(3) To speed up the development of increased agricultural subsidies(4) To solve farmers’ problem of production of insufficient funds, loan difficult problem.(5) To change ideas, and set up four kinds of consciousness.(6) To expand agricultural policy insurance pilot type and coverage.(7) To pay special attention to the scientific and technological innovation of science and technologyincome and increase the talent cultivation.
