With the accelerating pace of economic globalization, it makes the enterprise more and fiercer competition environment. Especially the reform of the state-owned enterprises, the rapid development of private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises is introduced, which makes the enterprise is facing more and more severe crisis. Companies want to succeed in this environment and rapid development, and it is necessary to maintain its core competitiveness. It is a talented person that the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, many companies increase stringent screening of talent on staff performance. It also made increasing demands. Employees share the responsibility to complete. However, it is not enough. Therefore, it must actively make performance excellence and more duties outside. In addition, in order to improve the quality of its own staff outside. Moreover, it can improve employee job satisfaction, and thus show more organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the literature review, the paper builds ethical leadership, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and empirical analysis tests its conclusion. The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts. Firstly, theoretical studies of ethical leadership are analyzed and summarized. It mainly includes related research connotation of ethical leadership and measurement, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and the relationship between the three variables. Secondly, based on the literature review and theoretical analysis, it builds the theory model. At same time, combined with the China situational factors, it analyses the theory of the relationship between the variables. Finally, it can analyze the acquired data to test the theoretical models.The research object of this questionnaire is the junior staff. It is a total of215questionnaires. At the same time, according to the data analysis of the results, it can test the research model and hypothesis proposed by this study. Finally, the main conclusions include the following aspects:Ethical leadership influences employees’ organizational citizenship behavior antecedents. The level of satisfaction will greatly enhance the organization members of ethical leadership behavior of enterprises. At the same time, it makes more actively engaged in work. In addition, this study also makes managers’clear path to improve the employees’ organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior belongs to the responsibility of behavior. However, at this stage in the face of rising costs in the case of enterprises, enterprises need make the behavior of staff duties. When upgrading employee job satisfaction, employee is willing to pay extra for the enterprise duty behavior.
