Due to the exposure of a series of scandals in some enterprises,the issue of corporate ethics has been widely concerned by society,and ethical leadership has become the focus of scholars.In recent years,Chinese society and various enterprises have become increasingly aware that employee happiness is not only related to the stability and development of the enterprise itself,but also related to the stability of employees themselves,and will affect their enthusiasm and optimism in life and work at the same time.Therefore,how to effectively improve the happiness of employees has gradually attracted attention.Therefore,how to effectively improve the happiness of employees has gradually attracted attention.At present,many studies have confirmed that leadership style has a very important impact on employees behavior,and in different leadership styles,ethical leadership has the characteristics of moral persuasion,fairness and responsibility and collectivism,which is in line with the values of Chinese traditional culture and is more easily recognized by employees.As a positive leadership style,ethical leadership has a positive impact on organizational performance and organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the above background,this paper empirically discusses the relationship between ethical leadership,organizational ethical atmosphere,and employee happiness,and further discusses the influence path of ethical leadership on employee happiness under the intermediary variable of the organizational ethical atmosphere.Based on the review and analysis of the existing literature,the research hypothesis and research model are put forward.Taking the employees of domestic enterprises as the survey object.Taking the employees of domestic enterprises as the survey object,drawing on the premise of mature scales at home and abroad,collecting data through questionnaire survey,and using SPSS21.0 data analysis software for descriptive statistical analysis,homologous error test,reliability and validity test,demographic variable analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,ethical leadership has a positive impact on employee happiness.Secondly,ethical leadership has a positive impact on the ethical atmosphere of the rules-based organization and the caring organization,and has a negative impact on the ethical atmosphere of the self-interested organization.Third: both rule-based and caring organizational ethical atmosphere have a positive impact on employee happiness,the self-interested organizational ethical atmosphere has a negative impact on employee happiness.Fourth: rule-based organizational ethical atmosphere,caring organizational ethical atmosphere and self-interested organizational ethical atmosphere all play a part of mediating role in ethical leadership and employee happiness.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes some management Suggestions on the relationship among ethical leadership,organizational ethical atmosphere,and employee happiness.
