Research On The Relationships Of Network Location, Absorptive Capacity And Internationalization Growth Performance About Cluster Enterprises

The international economy is unpredictable. Industry clustering spreads around the world, showing a new trend which is the parallel of the industrial clustering and the globalization. During the 21 st century, China is in a new stage of economic growth. Economic globalization dividend changes to expand domestic demand from export-led under the new economy. Cluster enterprise must grasp the opportunities to take the initiative to create strategic to participate in globalization. The essence of cluster enterprise internationalization growth is the process of using resource advantages and global value chain to realize the upgrade. Therefore, this study focuses on cluster enterprise internationalization growth, trying to explore the future development strategy mode, which has some theory value and practical direction significance for the internationalization of China’s enterprises.Based on the depth of the economic globalization, the development of industrial cluster and enterprises’ internationalization, following the " innovation drive, the transformation of development" strategic development direction in the eighteen’s report, this paper analyses the mechanism among the cluster enterprise network location, absorption ability and internationalization growth performance, in order to put forward some countermeasures for China’s cluster enterprise internationalization growth. The structure of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is related theories and literature review. The third chapter is the research hypothesis and conceptual model. The forth chapter is the research design. The fifth chapter is data processing and empirical research. The last chapter is conclusion and policy recommendations.The empirical results show that the cluster enterprise internationalization growth performance is affected by the network location and absorptive capacity, and absorptive capacity of enterprise is influenced by the network location. Therefore, this research gives the following countermeasures: optimizing cluster enterprise network location, improving the absorptive capacity of cluster enterprise, building the mechanism system from cluster enterprise network location to absorbing ability until enterprise internationalization.
