| As an important strategic resource,oil plays an significant role in various fields.With the development of economic,domestic oil supply and demand imbalance is increasingly becoming a bottleneck inhibiting economic development.Based on national energy security and enterprise development needs,China’s oil companies have to speed up overseas development.However,the development of overseas oil has its special features,combined with the lack of experience and research,great risks exsit in the overseas project development of oil companies.Based on realistic considerations,a risk management study on overseas oil development projects was carried out,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the relevant overseas development of oil enterprises.On the basis of previous studies,characteristics and meaning of overseas oil development projects was defined,and an analytical framework of this paper was constructed according to transnational business and project risk management theory.In this paper,risk identification methods were screened,and through typical real case studies,overseas oil development project risk factors were summarized,causes of risk were anlayzed,what’s more,by establishing interpretative structural model between risk factors,interaction approch between macro-level risks was sorted out.Combined with causes of risk,and the use of Delphi-SWOT method,a significant factor extraction in the micro-level was completed,thus providing basic material for risk control approach.Multi-project selection model of specific risk status was constructed,so oil enterprises can make a reasonable choice when faced with multi-project.Eventually,according to risk identification and evaluation results,risk control strategy of China’s overseas oil development projects was proposed from both external and internal.Risk control safeguards were also raised,providing constructive suggestions for the overseas projects development of China’s oil enterprises. |
