We live in the era of knowledge economy, knowledge of factors of production in aprominent position in the increasingly apparent. Knowledge workers hold the use ofknowledge, creativity and appreciation of the role of increasing importance in theenterprise, is the key factor to win the competition in the industry.Due to China’s environmental protection enterprises started late, technical level andinternational scale than similar enterprises behind. Many international companies haveenvironmental invest and build factories to China, China’s enterprises are facing intensecompetition, huge pressure on the survival and development of the status quo. Thecompetition among enterprises is the competition study the fundamental human capital.Foreign enterprises to enter China’s inevitable realization of national talent, a strongopponent of China’s environmental protection enterprises are facing the inevitable dig moreattention and training talents. Corporate human resources is the core competitiveness ofknowledge workers, therefore, must pay more attention to environmental protectionenterprises to introduce and cultivate knowledge workers, pay more attention to what theyhave characteristics, personality needs, aspirations and appropriate ways to motivatemethods. Knowledge-based industry employee turnover rate exceeds the normal turnoverlevels of the enterprise, not only means the loss of the devaluation of human and intellectualcapital, but also may cause leakage of technology and trade secrets, and that the negativeimpact to the enterprise would be great, even fatal. Knowledge workers as technicalknowledge of scarce resources, has increasingly become the object of contention.Knowledge workers in the knowledge economy era of great utility for the development ofenterprises, companies should avoid the incentives for knowledge workersmisunderstanding, in-depth study of knowledge workers characteristics and needs, so thatthe ability of knowledge workers to get to play in favor of the establishment of a scientificknowledge-based incentive system for staff development.This paper explains the environmental industry knowledge workers motivated researchbackground, content, methods and significance; summarizes the differences in theapplication of this paper the basic concepts and theories of knowledge workers and knowledge workers and to define the general staff, foreign classic motivational theory andpractical experience of more mature; knowledge workers to focus on a high-tech enterprises-Current Situation LY human resources management and the company’s knowledge workersthe prevailing incentives LY company for the study; through HR the results ofquestionnaires and individual interviews objective analysis to identify the causes of thecurrent knowledge workers LY company incentive problems and problems, identify thecorporate knowledge workers sort the importance of incentives, identify key motivators;attempt through the influence of this factor group behavior requires a study to analyze itscharacteristics, found the problem, find applicable to the enterprise knowledge workersincentive measures to enhance the knowledge workers’ enthusiasm for work, to better tapthe potential of their work, so enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage.
