The core of the knowledge-based economy is innovation, the only innovation in order to obtain high added value products and services of high-tech enterprises, in order to enable enterprises to gain a competitive advantage, sustainable development can bring. Knowledge workers is the subject of innovative, high-tech enterprises to develop and improve the innovation incentives to maximize the driving force for innovation of knowledge workers, to ensure sustainable development of enterprises.The high-tech enterprises based on the characteristics of the cutting-edge technology as the key resource, with strong growth and a shorter life cycle. Development of the CNL technology companies in high-tech enterprises in China representative, to the extended period of development from the start of, the strength of innovation capability is the key of the enterprise to continue the development and growth, business management core tasks.In this paper, a method of combining theoretical research and empirical studies, the motivating factor on the innovation of the CNL knowledge-based technology company employees, as well as incentives to innovate the status quo, and found that the lack of incentives to innovate in the enterprise is mainly reflected in the performance incentives do not fully linked to innovation performance; did not give full play to the role of incentive stock options; innovation evaluation index system, reward system and organizational innovation environment has yet to be perfect. Therefore, innovation theory and incentive theory is based on the knowledge-based employee incentive related research as a reference, the combination of CNL technology companies at this stage the state of the environment and the characteristics of the innovative behavior of knowledge workers, this paper, insufficient incentives for innovation from the five aspects. issues:the establishment of the pay system is conducive to innovation incentives; improve the innovation performance evaluation system; the implementation of the innovation-oriented business training and career development planning; to create a corporate atmosphere that encourages innovation and advocating innovation; to cultivate the sense of ownership to drive innovation incentives. At the same time, it is recommended that enterprises through the establishment of innovative strategies, innovative ideas, innovation and decision-making system and innovation funding system and environment protection innovation incentives effective implementation.
