Analysis On Peasents’ Behavior To Participate In Urban And Rural Social Pension Insurance Of Changzhou

The pension insurance originated from western countries. It tends to solve the endowment problem from the system level. The insurance is the crystallization of the wisdom of human society and has a pivotal role on the development of human beings. Since the reform and opening up, Our government devote much attention to the development of the pension insurance, including the rural social pension insurance.Farmers cannot only rely on rural family security and land security to meet the elderly life in the era of aging. Therefore all sectors of society pay much attention on the smooth implementation of the rural social pension insurance designed to serve all of the farmers. In order to get better development, it is important to investigate the farmer’s demands.This paper researches on the insured willingness and the affecting factors of farmers in Wujin district. First of all, according to summarizing the literature excited about rural social pension insurance, the article describes the reformation of rural endowment insurance system. On the basis, the article takes the farmers in Wujin County as an instance to collect relevant data about the insured willingness of farmers with the use of the questionnaire method. The emphasis of the paper is to use the Logistic regression model analysis, the results shows there are four factors affected farmers’willingness:the degree of the education, the family income, the degree of the understanding and the acceptability of the rural social pension insurance. Among all of the factors, the education has the most significant correlation with the willingness of farmers to participate in the insurance. After the theoretical and empirical studies about rural endowment insurance system of our country, this paper also researched on three other developed countries about farmers’endowment insurance policies, such as Japan, Germany and Canada. Then the article summarizes the successful experience of these three countries. Our country should actively learn from the successful experience of foreign countries, the government should use legal means to build a clear goal and management standard of rural endowment insurance system.Finally, I put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions combined with the result of empirical research. On the one hand, we should improve the farmers’cultural level and income level. On the other hand, we should build a modern legal system to ensure the endowment insurance legal and rational. These methods may attract the farmers to join in the insurance and ensure them to get better comprehensive safeguard.
